what are the translations for “with that said”,”having said that”?
Thank you
Selam,
Can you tell me the context of it please ? What do you want to say ?
It sucks because I cannot help you as I would like to …
I can only say that you must use the verb ” diyish ” to form your phrase ; so can it be ” demek ? ”
I’m really confused :/
I think you can use,
shundaq bolsimu
or
shuning özidimu.
In the translation I gave above I didn’t give any supporting arguments, so here they are.
According to this definition
“Having said that” or “That said” is a transitional phrase which signals that one is going to say something which will contrast or disagree with what he said a moment ago.
Hope if you understand Uyghur, you don’t need further arguments of why I chose shundaq bolsimu/shuning özidimu as the appropriate translation of the phrases.
